Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are generally non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation by us due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

We agree to:

• Provide professional event styling services as described
• Arrive on time and complete setup as agreed
• Use quality materials and decorations
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the event
• Handle breakdown and cleanup as specified in the service agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scryxellchul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
